Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope that you love your new peg dolls, but understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please note that this policy is only applicable to ready made items purchased from our online shop. Customised and personalised items are exempt from this policy and are nonreturnable and nonrefundable, as per the terms and conditions outlined both at the bottom of the invoice you will have received, and at the end of the PDF photo guide you will have been emailed.
You have 14 days from the date of payment to cancel.
Custom made peg dolls are not included in the cancellations policy. All custom made items are non returnable.
To cancel your order please email us within the above 14 days at email@example.com. We will reply to you by email in order to acknowledge your wish to cancel.
You have 14 calendar days from our acknowledgement of you wishing to cancel your order, to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging. The item MUST be returned by Royal Mail Signed for Service. Second Class Signed For is acceptable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of the cost of the product and initial postage to your PayPal account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs by Royal Mail Signed For for returning your item. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
